Thus, the volume of deliveries that take place in condominiums increases exponentially every year. To ensure that these deliveries take place in a controllable and safe way, recent ventures have invested in spaces and protocols dedicated especially to delivery and e-commerce orders. In these spaces, the resident's orders are safely stored for as long as necessary, avoiding direct contact with the delivery person and streamlining the process for all involved;
