Paraíba continues to stand out in development and sustainability. Recently, the state ranked first in the Northeast in performance in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria, according to the competitiveness and sustainability ranking of the Center for Public Leadership (CLP).
Paraíba was also the best in the region in the SDG ranking, which evaluates the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN's 2030 Agenda, achieving a score of 50.5, above the national average of 48.4, and advancing one position compared to the previous year.
In the ESG ranking, while the average for the federative units was 44.5, Paraíba obtained 45.1 points. These results reinforce the state's commitment to sustainable practices and its focus on a more promising future.
