Who uses excuse little money to build a house with a beautiful architecture, will be frustrated when you meet the home of Mrs. Dalvina Borges Ramos, a 74 year old diarist who was the winner of Building of the Year 2016 (best construction of the year) . It was in the East Zone of São Paulo that she built her humble little house, so seen from the outside, but on entering, she gives a show of architecture and design.

Its construction brings with it the originality, which united good taste, modernity and a low budget. All this only happened, after a great storm that came in 2013, part of the roof of her old house collapsed, and as Dalvinha had some money saved, she and her son Marcelo Borges, decided to entrust to the office of Terra Architecture and Tuma , Who demolished everything, to start again from scratch.

The result was more than desired, the house became well known and already is reference in several sites, being part of the Top 100: Brazilian Works. Not everything that happens bad is to worsen, today for sure, Mrs. Dalvina, enjoys a beautiful and comfortable environment, totally safe and full of good taste.
