According to a survey by the FipeZAP Index, the capital of Paraíba is among the cities whose average residential property prices increased the most throughout the first half of 2024.
From January to June, property prices in João Pessoa (PB) increased by 7.7%, which means greater demand and appreciation of properties in the city, exceeding the national average of 3.56%.
Also according to the FipeZap Residential Sales Index, Curitiba (PR) had an increase of 10.13% and Maceió (AL) of 6.31%, being the other capitals that appreciated the most in the same period.
In the last 12 months, João Pessoa had a 12.47% increase in prices, registering the biggest increase in the last five years.
