In the second half of this year, the capital of Paraíba achieved the 5th highest profitability for residential rental among all capitals in the Northeast, according to the FipeZAP Residential Rental Index, reaching 6.87% and surpassing the national average, which stood at 5 .96%.
Among the neighborhoods analyzed, the biggest increase in rental prices was recorded in the Jardim Cidade Universitária neighborhood, with 19.4%, followed by Jardim Oceania (18.6%), Bessa (18.3%), Portal do Sol (17 .4%), Aeroclube (13.8%) and Manaíra (10.9%).
In the Brazilian real estate market, medium and high standard properties (MAP) showed a growth of 13% in 2023, according to Abrainc/Fipe indicators.
